This role includes:
- setting the vision, values, principles and strategic direction;
- setting Group policies, protocols and operating guidelines;
- maintaining our principles – Integrity, Efficiency, Engagement, Innovation, Accountability and Delivery;
- ensuring strict adherence to our values and Code of Business Conduct;
- reviewing risk management and performance; and
- approving acquisitions, investments and development initiatives.

These capabilities include legal, mergers & acquisitions, digital strategy, revenue management (Pricing, Sales & Marketing), procurement and strategy operations, being performed across a range of sectors, including energy, manufacturing & engineering, retail and consumer goods, beauty & fashion and resources-related industries in United Kingdom, United States, Singapore and across selected geographies.
